Return & Refund Policy

Goods at regular prices can be exchanged for the size of the same goods or goods of the same value, depending on the availability.

 

Exchange items must be in original condition, otherwise worn, unwashed or defective items, with all original labels on the items, and including any related accessories or instructions.

 

For hygiene reasons, we cannot provide exchanges or refunds for swimwear and/or any type of underwear.

 

Except for manufacturing defects, we do not accept products that have been worn, used, altered, damaged or defective. In other words, returns that are incomplete, damaged, worn, twisted or altered, or anything that we reasonably believe have been used or worn, are not accepted. Please also note that products damaged due to wear and tear will not be considered defective products.

 

If the goods you want to exchange are short of goods, you can choose to exchange any other goods according to the stock situation. If the item you want to exchange exceeds the value of the returned item, you should pay the excess; in other cases, if the price of the item you want to exchange is lower than the returned item, the cash refund policy does not apply.

 

If in our opinion, the goods you returned to us are not wrong or damaged and correspond correctly to the description displayed on our website, or they did not return in accordance with our return policy or they did not return the order received in accordance with the return conditions Within the relevant return period, you will not be able to trade, and we will return the goods at your expense and expense.

 

Exchange by COURIER
Before the goods arrive at our warehouse, the goods are your responsibility. Please make sure its packaging is correct and firm to avoid any damage. All goods will be inspected upon return. When we try to accept all returns, if the items returned to us are in an appropriate state, we may require you to pay for the invoice to return it to you, or process it accordingly. We are not responsible for any items returned to us in error.

 

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange.

 

In addition, if the product does not comply with our return policy guidelines, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. In this case, we will return the product to you at our own expense. This coupon is only applicable to ShutterFashion.com.my and cannot be used in retail stores. From the date you get the coupon number, any coupon is valid for 12 months.

 

There are strictly no cash refunds. Returns will be processed within fourteen (14) working days after receipt of the returned items.
